My Story

I went to a normal four year university and I had over 112 credits. Unfortunately, there was some things that happened in my family that caused me to drop out of college and get a job right away. Having a job is great, but not having a college education set me back. It was extremely frustrating because I couldn’t get interviews since I didn’t have a degree or that check mark. It really set me back for a long time. Every time I tried to go back to the four year university I was at or go to an online university, they always required so many different credits that weren’t transferable. So you’re looking at a minimum of 60 credits at the university, and that would be a lot of money.

I was working a full time job so luckily I connected with Janine and that was the time I got my job at Dial Pad. I almost told her I couldn’t do this but she sat down with me, went over the credits of what I exactly needed, all the classes, different online communities I could go to in order to finish my degree in 4 months.

I didn’t believe it would be possible but I’m so glad she pushed me and really took the time to figure out exactly what I needed. She sat-in on my academic advising calls and it was a really awesome moment to say that I graduated from college and to share that with my friends and family. I couldn’t be more proud.

If you’re anything like me, I know it feels really intimidating and it feels like it’s not going to happen but Janine makes it so much easier and lays it out right for you and it’s a clear path.
