The schools we work with have an amazing transfer credit policy. They will accept credits from 10+ years ago, credits from multiple schools, and will give credit for prior learning experience, certifications, licenses, military experience, certificates, and foreign language exams. We want to start this degree plan with as many credits as we can so you get the benefit of your hard work and investment.

Will My Transfer Credits Be Accepted

The average student has completed credits from more than one school. This can cost a student a lot of time and money when the new school will not accept all of their credits. College is a business and they make money when you take classes at their school. This can lead them to denying credits that you have worked hard to complete.

Transcript Evaluation

Schools need official transcripts for evaluation, but we only need your unofficial transcripts to degree plan. If you have credits, you will send the transcripts to support@smarterby1degree.com after booking a strategic degree planning session. We will evaluate your credits and plug them into your custom degree plan. We will then meet with you in Zoom for 1 hour to discuss your goals, your strengths, your weaknesses, your questions, and further customize your degree plan. One of our biggest strengths is thinking outside of the box so we can come up with the best strategy for you.
